1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and a999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the a999 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and any other features or services offered through the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on a999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods. a999 does not currently accept bank transfers, international cards, or cryptocurrency payments.

The minimum deposit amount on a999 is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though a999 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your a999 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account that was used to make the most recent deposit. a999 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts. Most withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at the time.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• a999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.
• Deposits made using a bonus or promotional credit may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
• a999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues on the provider's side.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

a999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses on a999 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.

• Each bonus offer on a999 can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• a999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error on the part of the platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of a999 is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• a999 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player account at its discretion.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event will be voided unless they were placed as part of an in-play betting market that was open at the time.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the a999 platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct
